At Key Transmission & Gears, we guarantee all of our work on non-commercial vehicles for a full year. If there is any problem at all just contact us right away and we will be happy to fix it!

12 Month/12,000 Miles:  Your transmission is covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. The 12-Month/12,000 Mile Warranty covers your transmission and torque converter against defective transmission materials and workmanship – parts and labor – for a full twelve months or 12,000 miles of trouble-free driving. As with any warranty, the 12-Month/12,000 mile Warranty does not apply to failure caused by customer abuse, accident or alterations, or reimbursement of consequential damages.

24 Months/24,000 Miles:  For an additional charge we offer 24 Months/24,000 Miles. Your transmission is covered for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first. The 24-Month/24,000 Mile Warranty covers your transmission and torque converter against defective transmission materials and workmanship – parts and labor – for a full twelve months or 24,000 miles of trouble-free driving. As with any warranty, the 24-Month/24,000 mile Warranty does not apply to failure caused by customer abuse, accident or alterations, or reimbursement of consequential damages.
